I don't know what type of white chocolate coating Emily's uses but something was off for me.
I also felt there was way too much white chocolate on the fortune cookies, which took away from the taste and texture of the cookie itself.

Over all It was more like biting into chocolate candy , instead of the perfect balance of cook to chocolate ration for me.
