No one wants a puddle of chocolate when their order arrives, so when it comes to shipping, we like to make sure that our customers receive their orders in the best condition possible.
Get it in time for the Holidays. Shop smart, order by the cutoff dates below to ensure you get your order in time for the holidays.

What service do you use to ship your products?
Our orders are shipped exclusively via FedEx year round. During the cooler part of the year we offer Ground, 2 Day, and Overnight Shipping options. We are extremely sorry but at this time, we cannot ship to FPO or APO addresses.
When will my order go out?
It might be a comfortable 60 in here in Seattle, but it also might be a scorching 100 in Phoenix. The bottom line is that temperatures vary greatly throughout the U.S. which is why we do not ship our products over the weekends.
A Note on Addresses & FEDEX Deliveries:
Please make sure to double check the addresses that you are shipping to as we can only be responsible for the addresses that are submitted when placing an order. We are also not responsible for incorrect, delayed, or undeliverable addresses. Whatever address you submit, is where it will ship to.If you notice an error in the address you have submitted, please contact us at 1.888.469.2637 immediately so that we can attempt to make any changes. We will make every effort to correct the address if we can catch it in time.
Year round, Emily's Chocolates instructs FEDEX to leave packages if no one is available for a signature. Once your package ships please use your tracking number to watch out for the shipment or inform the recipient that chocolaty goodness will be coming to them. This is especially important during the Warm Weather Shipping Season, so please take this into account and make appropriate arrangements.
Emily's is NOT responsible for any packages that are missing, stolen, damaged, or altered once they deliver to the specified address
While International Shipping is not available through our website, it doesn't mean we won't try! If you live outside of the United States and would like to purchase our chocolates, we are happy to work with you and see if we can deliver items to you. WARM WEATHER SHIPPING POLICY NOW IN EFFECT (JUNE 19th - OCTOBER 15th, 2016)
At Emily’s we take great pride in providing our customers with sweet
and decadent treats made with the utmost care and highest quality
standards. No one wants a puddle of chocolate when their order arrives,
so when it comes to shipping, we want to make sure that our customers
receive their orders in the best condition possible. Once the
Warm Weather Shipping Season starts, orders in areas where the
temperature exceeds 75F° for prolonged periods of time will be shipped
in special insulated shipping mailers and with Gel Ice packs. The use of
Gel Ice Packs and cool bags will be made at the discretion of our Small
Package Shipping Department.
What Warm Weather rules apply?
Orders during our Warm Weather Shipping season are exclusively
sent via FEDEX and are eligible for either 2 Day or Overnight Shipping
An exception will be made for local customers in the Washington, Oregon, and Idaho regions year
round Ground Shipping as delivery is generally done within 2 business days regardless of service
type (except overnight).
If there is a possibility of your order sitting in a FEDEX
location over the weekend, we will NOT ship it until the following
Monday to ensure that your product is not subjected to uncontrolled
